Socks and Heels a new hit and stylin' celebs such as Leighton Meester, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Rihanna have been spotted wearing this hot trend. I wouldn't recommend this trend for daily usage, but for a night-on-the-town is cute, chic, and bold.
